Lois Duncan Biography: Born on April 28, 1934, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Lois Duncan is the author of xlviii books, which vary from childrens picture books to adult novels. She was raised in Sarasota, Florida, with her littleer brother, by her parents, Joseph and Lois Steinmetz. Her parents, at the time, were known internationally as democratic photographers for times.
